Enter dates and worker details correctly
Keep names, identifiers and pay-period dates accurate.
Use the employer/payer and worker names from the underlying records. The optional worker identifier is limited to the last four digits.
Enter dates as YYYY-MM-DD, such as 2026-09-01. Check that the start, end and pay date describe the statement you intend to issue.
If Review shows a validation problem, return to Create and correct that field before exporting. Do not replace a missing fact with an invented value just to remove the message.
Read all entered details in the exported PDF. Saving a file does not validate the underlying employment or payment information.
