Native Android and browser scope
The native Kotlin app totals the earnings and deductions you enter. It does not calculate tax withholding, download tax rules, authenticate an account, pay workers or file taxes. The optional tax recommendations described below belong to the web/PWA. The native app is free; optional donations support AutoSecureLogin and do not unlock features. Read the native help center.
Authorized, lawful use only
Use the application only for legitimate purposes and to prepare or reconstruct records you are legally authorized to create. Do not falsify employment, income, deductions, identity, tax treatment, or payment records; impersonate a payroll provider; or use a document to deceive a lender, landlord, court, government agency, insurer, employer, or other person.
No verification
Documents are self-generated and independently unverified. A record ID or data hash indicates local generation and content consistency only; it does not verify the employer, worker, payment, wages, taxes, or legal compliance.
Tax and compliance recommendations
Recommendations are optional estimates based on the inputs and bundled data. They do not replace official withholding tables, payroll software, legal advice, tax advice, or professional review. Users must confirm residence, work location, local taxes, forms, wage bases, exemptions, credits, reciprocity, and applicable law.
No warranty
The application is provided as-is. Users remain responsible for accuracy, lawful use, required record retention, delivery of wage statements, tax deposits, filings, and corrections.
This quick calculator uses entered earnings and deduction amounts. It does not offer the optional tax-adviser features of the separate full PWA, determine required withholding, pay workers or file taxes.
You are responsible for checking the saved document, keeping required independent records and safeguarding downloaded copies. Closing or refreshing the tab loses current inputs.
