Download and check the PDF
The document is created locally and is readable, not encrypted.
1. Correct all problems listed in Review. Export PDF stays disabled until the entries pass validation.
2. Select Export PDF. Your browser downloads the file to its normal download location or displays its save dialog. Check the browser’s Downloads list if the file is not immediately visible.
3. Open the file with a PDF viewer. Verify the employer and worker names, dates, line items and totals. Long notes continue onto additional numbered pages.
The PDF contains embedded fonts and supports the accented names used in the release tests. Review the saved text for your own names and records before sharing.
PDFs are not encrypted or editable draft backups. Protect the destination folder and manage copies sent to other people separately. A canceled download or closed tab does not preserve your entries.
After the public page and its PDF library finish loading, generation runs in the open browser tab without sending payroll data to a server. Load the page before going offline; an offline reload is not guaranteed.
